微生物生态团队

       

        刘光琇,中科院寒旱所研究员、博士生导师。获得教育部自然科学二等奖1项;交通部科技进步二等奖1项;受理发明专利3项。近年来主持完成国家自然科学基金、省部级项目以及国际合作项目等10余项,发表学术论文50余篇,出版专著4本,译著1本。

寒旱区环境微生物研究

 

  1. 出版了极端环境微生物学一书。可供从事生态学、地学和生物技术等方面的科研、教学和生产部门有关人员使用和参考,也可作为高等院校教材 。

  2. 冰川前沿裸露地放线菌群落生物地理学特征研究 。

  3. 对勒河上游不同冻土类型土壤微生物群落结构进行研究阐明主了要影响因素。

  4. 昆仑山垭口不同深度岩芯细菌群落结构及碳源利用能力研究 。

  5. 兰州地区沙尘暴微生物群落结构及潜在致病性研究 。

  6. 柽柳叶际微生物生物地理格局及建群机制研究。
